- Step back with right foot into right backstance, double knifehand guarding block, followed by tension block combination of right in-to-out outer knifehand block, left
knifehand down block, looking at right hand (down block arm is on the inside for the fold).
- Right side kick, bring right foot to left foot, turning 180 degrees counterclockwise into right backstance, right in-to-out outer knifehand block, left knifehand down block, looking at the down block.
- Bring right foot to left foot, chamber for right tension punch with left arm extended, turn 90 degrees to the left into left front stance, right tension reverse punch.
- Consecutive right high front kick (KIHAP), right roundhouse kick to midsection, down into left backstance, double knifehand down block.
- Shift into right front stance, left out-to-in knifehand strike.
- Turn head 90 degrees to the left, bringing left foot to right foot into a cat stance, left inverted ridgehand.
- Move left foot out into a right backstance, left horizontal spearhand to the head.
- Left skip crescent kick into left front stance, right palm heel strike to the bridge of the nose.
- Step right foot forward into open parallel stance, X-block with left hand on the outside. Right knifehand strike, left punch to the midsection (KIHAP).
- Look to the left, bring left foot to right foot turning 180 degrees clockwise into middle stance, double down block.
- Bring left foot to right foot, jump right side kick down into right sparring stance, double outer forearm guarding block.
- Bringing right foot to left foot, turn 180 degrees counterclockwise into a middle stance, double down block.
- Bring right foot to left foot, jump left side kick down into left sparring stance, double outer forearm guarding block.
- Turn 270 degrees clockwise into a cat stance, right inverted ridgehand.
- Move right foot into left backstance, right horizontal spearhand to the head.
- Right skip crescent kick landing in a right front stance, left palm heel strike to the bridge of the nose (KIHAP).
- Left foot forward into open parallel stance, X block with right hand on the outside. Left in-to-out knifehand strike, right middle punch.
- Extend right arm to fold for left tension punch, turning 270 degrees clockwise into a right front stance, left reverse tension punch.
- Consecutive left rear leg high front kick, left roundhouse to midsection, down into right backstance, double knifehand down block.
- Left front stance, right out-to-in knifehand strike.
- Bring right foot to left foot and move left foot back into left backstance, double outer knifehand guarding block. Tension combination block of left in-to-out outer knifehand
block, right knifehand down block (down block hand on the inside for the fold), looking at left hand.
- Left side kick, left foot down to right turning 180 degrees clockwise into left backstance, left in-to-out outer knifehand block, right down block (looking at right hand).
