One-Step #1

(Person attacking attacks with a front punch to the midsection)

  1. Right foot steps forward 45 degrees clockwise into horse stance, left in-to-outer outer forearm block.
  2. Right upper punch.
  3. Left middle punch.
  4. Right upper punch.

One-Step #2

(Person attacking attacks with a front punch to the midsection)

  1. Left foot steps forward 45 degrees counterclockwise into left front stance, right in-to-out outer forearm block, slide right hand down to attacher's right wrist.
  2. (Holding onto attacker's wrist) left front vertical punch to ribs.
  3. Right rear leg roundhouse to midsection,
  4. (Pulling attacker's hand downward) Step down into right sparring stance, left hammer strike to back of head.

One-Step #3

(Person attacking attacks with a front punch to the midsection)

  1. Right foot steps 90 degrees counterclockwise into middle stance, double vertical knifehand block.
  2. (Grabbing attacker's wrist with left hand) Right knifehand strike to neck.
  3. (Releasing attacker's wrist with left hand, grabbing it with right hand) Right lead-leg sidekick to ribs.
  4. (Bringing right foot down to left foot) Turn 180 degrees into left back stance, left reinforced elbow strike to midsection.

One-Step #4

(Person attacking attacks with a front punch to the midsection)

  1. Left in-to-out crescent kick (blocking punch).
  2. Right front kick to midsection.
  3. (Stepping counter clockwise 90 degrees with right foot into middle stance) Right elbow strike to right side of head.
  4. Right backfist to left side of head.

One-Step #5

(Person attacking attacks with a front punch to the midsection)

  1. Stepping out into a right front stance, left knifehand circular block, wrapping around elbow.
  2. Pivot into left front stance, right vertical ridgehand to groin.
  3. Right vertical elbow strike to chin.
  4. Right hammerfist to nose.

One-Step #6

(Person attacking attacks with a front punch to the midsection)

  1. Left foot steps 45 degrees forward into horse stance, left out-to-in inner forearm block.
  2. Left foot steps into left front stance, right reverse punch to ribs.
  3. Left palm heel to face.
  4. (Holding on to attacker's wrist) Right roundhouse kick to midsection.
  5. Right axe kick to back of neck.

One-Step #7

(Person attacking attacks with a front punch to the midsection)

  1. 1.Right foot steps forward into middle stance, (simultaneous) left in-to-out knifehand block & right punch to face.
  2. Left spin sidekick to midsection.
  3. Reinforced elbow strike to head.
  4. Reach between legs, grab and lift opponent's right leg.
  5. Left sidekick to groin.

One-Step #8

(Person attacking attacks with a front punch to the head)

  1. Left in-to-out crescent kick (blocking punch).
  2. Right double roundhouse kick (low-high).
  3. Bring right foot to left foot, turn 180 degrees into left sparring stance, left spin backfist.
  4. Right reverse punch to midsection.
  5. Left ridgehand to side of the head.
  6. Right palm-heel strike to face.
  7. (Grabbing head with both hands) Right knee to head.

One-Step #9

(Person attacking attacks with a front punch to the midsection)

  1. Left foot steps 45 degrees forward to horse stance, right in-out outer forearm block, grabbing wrist.
  2. Palm heel strike to right elbow.
  3. Right roundhouse kick to midsection.
  4. (Without putting foot down) Right sidekick to ribs.
  5. Right foot steps into right sparring stance, left vertical punch to head.
  6. Left pee-chuggy (inverse sidekick) to back of right knee.
  7. Grab hair, pull head back, right knifehand strike to neck.

One-Step #10

(Person attacking attacks with a front punch to the head)

  1. Step forward diagonally with right foot, left upper block while turning 180 degrees counter-clockwise into left sparring stance (facing away from attacker).
  2. (Grabbing attacker's wrist and turning palm face up) Pull down on attacker's arm.
  3. Right back kick to kneecap.
  4. Left spin crescent kick (across attacker's arm).
  5. Right rear-leg front kick to midsection.
  6. (Stepping forward 45 degrees to the right) Left side kick to ribs.
  7. (Jumping) Right elbow to back of head.
